where cheryl began
Travel for work has finally led me back to my birthplace; I have been waiting years for this. In less than 4 hours, I found the hospital, my dad's old radio station and the first neighbourhood I ever lived in. (I say neigbourhood as there wasn't really a house left to speak of, unless you consider an overgrown lot, and an almost unrecognizable foundation left underneath.) I received a quick tour of CJDC 890am, got my photo taken at Mile '0' and by request from my mom, took some pictures of the golf course and stole her a score card. I can see why people might like it here: neighbourhoods are small, the views are wide, and the people are warm. I just hope the big box stores keep their distance so that this little northern town can keep what is left of its individuality...

Great to have you back in my favorite list.I lost you for a few months and I missed you and your family.Sorry to hear that jack is not feeling well.It reminds of when Bobby was that age and he also became dehydrated and landed in the hospital for five days.As a parent you feel so helpless. But they get strong and bounce back better that ever.Take care Aunty Lil
